5 Gallon All Grain Recipe:

Grain Hops Additives Yeast
3.0 # 2 Row 2 Oz Cascade Pellets (60 Min) 1 Tbl Yeast Nutrient (15 Min) Wyeast #2565, Kolsch
2.5 # Belgian Pils 1 Oz. Hallertau Pellets (30 Min) 1/4 tsp. Irish Moss (10 Min)  
2.0 # German Light 2 Oz. Saaz Pellet (10 Min)    
0.5 # Crystal Light      
0.5 # Wheat      

Directions:

Add crushed grains to 3 gallons of water heated to 130° F, stirring constantly. Let rest for 30 minutes. Heat mash to 155°F, stirring constantly. Let rest for 60 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Heat mash to 175°F, stirring constantly. Sparge until 6 gallons of wort have been collected. Boil wort for 1 hour, adding the Cascade hops at the start of the boil, the Hallertau pellets 30 minutes into the boil, Saaz pellets 50 minutes into the boil. Add yeast nutrient 45 minutes into the boil, the Irish moss 50 minutes in to the boil. Cool wort to approximately 70-75°F and pitch 1 pint of yeast starter. Ferment in Primary for 4 days, secondary 15 days. Original Gravity 1.046 - Final Gravity 1.013. Percent Alcohol 4.4. Prime with 1 cup of light dry malt before bottling.

Comments:

This was an experimental batch, I used whatever leftover grains I had in the brew closet. Thus the name "Mish-Mash Mash". The resulting beer was light, tasty and very popular.
